Today I decided to play around with layers... layers is just adding texture to your photo. But before I could play around with editing. I needed to have a good picture to try it on. So as I sat there drinking my afternoon cup of coffee thinking what should I take a picture of, it all the sudden it hit me. COFFEE, why not, I can't seem to live without it anymore. I didn't start drinking coffee until nursing school and now I'm addicted.....I guess that is what nursing does to you. :) So here are my interesting pictures of my coffee and some extra coffee beans. Let me know what you think... this texture thing to photos is new to me... so I'm still working out the kinks.

I love it!!!! Every time you post a new picture I am amazed at how talented you are:) Question...what do you use to edit your photos?
Oh thanks Heather, you are so sweet :) I use Lightroom 3 and Photoshop Elements 9. I use Lightroom 90% of the time and than I use Elements for the layers (or texture) effect.
