Indiana Dunes State Park

My family and I went to Indiana Dunes State Park for our Spring Break vacation. The pictures I have posted below are taken during the hike with the kids. The state park also had this very interesting building... I of course had to take pictures of that too. I hope you enjoy the preview. 

Hudsonville Nature Center

Today I took a hike at Hudsonville Nature Center. Only last year I found out that Hudsonville had a place to go hiking. This was the first time I ventured out there. It was beautiful! I can't wait to go back, especially once spring is here.... now I did see some evidence that spring is around the corner with some buds coming out of the ground. How exciting! New Post, New Blog look....

A day in Sheila's Kitchen!

Yesterday I did a photo shoot for my friend, Sheila. She has a blog called Strawberry Cake and now is looking into having a website. So I had the honor to go over to her house and snap some shots while she was cooking.... I even got to eat some of the delicious food too :) I have to say she is an amazing cook. Lake Michigan in Onekama, Michigan

I went to a retreat over the weekend at Portage Lake Covenant Bible Camp. I went with 2 other awesome mom's from my church. It was very relaxing. On the way home we stopped at the beach where Portage Lake channels into Lake Michigan. I took a few shoots, this doesn't even capture part of the beauty. Check them out!!
